The Gale Suite adds what makes daily life run smoothly: a private bath off the primary bedroom, and a second full bath for guests, family, or unhurried mornings. It's the layout for couples who both work from home, or anyone who hosts often and wants the house to handle it gracefully.
Unit count is limited. Phase one releases 24 total residences across two buildings.
The features other communities list as premiums are simply the GALE standard. Every residence — both layouts, both buildings — is finished, equipped, and connected the same way.
Every GALE residence comes with a Spectrum bulk entertainment package, billed alongside rent at a community rate well below retail. Each unit comes equipped with two Xumo Streaming Boxes and access to local broadcast channels, news, weather, and Regional Sports Networks, plus a curated lineup of streaming services with a combined retail value of over $100 per month.
